WHERE DO WE GET SEWER, WATER AND REFUSE INFORMATION?
WHAT DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR WATER, SEWER AND REFUSE SERVICE? $150.00, which is refundable with interest after a minimum of one full year of payments without penalties, which is applied to the resident's final bill if they are moving from Oswego. WHAT ARE THE SEWER RATES?City residents pay $16.40 for the first 1,000 gallonsand $1.35 per thousand gallons after that. The residential sewer charge is based on an average of three months water usage. Commercial sewer charges are based on monthly water usage and rates are different. They are $2.00 per tag for both cat and dogs if spayed or neutered and $5.00 for the animals that have not been spayed or neutered. You must have a pet vaccination registration to get the license.
