The City of Oswego is accepting applications for the position of City Clerk. This position supervises utility billing, financial accounting, payroll and municipal court, generates and maintains the budget, serves as Information Officer, handles all grants and maintains city records. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, budgetary knowledge and experience, accounting knowledge and supervisory experience. City administration experience required with special consideration given to those who are CMC certified.
