HOUSING ASSESSMENT SURVEY

We need your help!  As part of a requirement for submitting a housing grant application to the Kansas
Department of Commerce, Community Development Block Grant program, we must obtain community
input on housing projects for Oswego. We have prepared a survey that we are asking citizens to fill out
online no later than Monday, June 18, 2012. The results of the survey will be used to document the community’s
support of improved housing and to prioritize the type of housing or housing projects that are needed in Oswego. 
The information will be used to support the chosen project for our grant application. 

No contact information is required for the on-line survey so your answers will be anonymous. However, if you
prefer to print the survey and return it to the City Office it will need to be received before June 18th. You can
mail it to PO Box 210 or drop it by at 703 Fifth Street. A drop box on the front of the building can also be used
at that location.
