Service Recycling has placed bins in various locations in Oswego for the collection of paper.  Acceptable items are loose paper, books, catalog  magazines, phonebooks, and similar items.  Cardboard is prohibited and any other type of recycling materials.  Locations of recycling bins are:   Public Works Barn (210 Adams); City Hall (in alley near water tower). 

As other opportunities arise, additional recycling opportunities will be reviewed by the city.
