ORDINANCE NO. 1341
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 26 OF 2014 ZONING REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1322, PROVIDES FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE - FROM (R1-A) – SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO (CP-3) PLANNED HIGHWAY SERVICE COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate is hereby rezoned from (R1-A) – Single Family Residential to (CP-3) – Planned Highway Service Commercial, to wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of the SE ¼ of Sec. 8, Twp 33, Range 21, East 360’
To East right of way at Highway 59, East 100’ to point of beginning, North 250’
East 300’, South 250’, West 300 feet to point of beginning except right of way.
commonly known as 2262 13000 Road, Oswego, Kansas;
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this change.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 2015 by the Governing Body of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
