ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed bids for the City of Oswego Street Improvement Projects 2016 for Street Overlay will be received at the office of the City Clerk until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. At that time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of the Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained and/or examined, at the office of the City Clerk, 703 5thStreet, Oswego, Kansas. For questions bidders may contact the City Superintendent at 620-795-4433.
A certified check, cashier’s check on a solvent bank, or a bid bond by a satisfactory surety in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids, unless a contract is awarded in less than the sixty (60) days.
