ORDINANCE NO. 1432
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A DAILY/NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTAL FACILITY FOR B&K RENTALS AT 702 COMMERCIAL ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow a daily/nightly/weekly rental facility on the property commonly known as 702 Commercial St., to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, in Block 2, of Johnson & Folks Addition to the City of Oswego; ALSO Commencing at a point 35 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2 of said Addition, thence East 32 feet, thence South 135 feet, thence West 32 feet, thence North 135 feet to place of beginning; ALSO all that part of the vacated street lying South of the alley and being adjacent to and on the North of Lot 1, Block 2, of said Addition; except the South 7 Feet of the whole of the above described lands, that part excepted being a strip of land 7 feet North and South and 140 feet East and West.
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas,
