On August 10, 2020 the City of Oswego, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 1442 levying a special tax upon certain lots and parcels of ground in the City of Oswego for the cost and expense of mowing through, May 29, 2020. A complete copy of this Ordinance may be obtained or viewed free of charge at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 703 5th Street, or at www.oswegokansas.com. ORDINANCE NO. 1442          

 

AN ORDINANCE making and levying a special tax upon all lots and parcels of ground in the City of Oswego, Kansas for the cost and expense of mowing in said City through May 29, 2020

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:

 

SECTION 1. That a special tax is hereby levied upon and against the premises in the City of Oswego, Kansas, hereinafter described and the amount set opposite there to respectively, for the payment of the cost and expenses for mowing in said City of Oswego May 29, 2020.
