NOTICE: At the June City Council meeting a change was made to the brush dump hours on Thursdays. The brush dump had been open every Thursday from 11am to 6pm in addition to the third Saturday of the month from 8am to noon. This required a city employee to remain at the site during this time period even when no one was using the dump. It was determined that it would be more cost effective for anyone wanting to use the brush dump on Thursdays to call the City Office and ask someone to meet them there rather than have an employee on site the entire time. The dump will also now only be open until 4pm instead of 6pm. So if you would like to use the brush dump on Thursdays please call the City Office at 795-4433 between 11am and 4 pm. Also please allow some time for the city to arrange to get an employee to the site. The hours on Saturday will remain the same and an attendant will be on duty 8am until noon.

Items that can be taken to this site include brush, leaves and construction and demolition (C&D) items.

C&D items include building materials and non-hazardous household items (no garbage).  There is no fee for
leaves or brush but the fee for C&D materials is $53.50 per ton, with a minimum charge of $7.50.  Before bringing
C&D items to the site for the first time be sure to have your truck or trailer weighed empty at Bartlett Coop.  You
will need to have it weighed again after it is full so we can determine the weight of the C&D items.

The dump is located on Chisolm Lane. Go South on Ohio Street until you cross the railroad track and turn right
